Graduating in 2022 from KC High in Chennai, India, Adithan Arunachalam holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma for his 11th and 12th grade performance in economics, history, English, Spanish, math, and computer science studies. Achieving an SAT score of 1560 out of 1600, Adithan Arunachalam also earned a Cambridge International Certificate of Education during 9th and 10th grade. As a participant in the World Scholars Cup in 2017, he competed in debating and creative writing, placing in the Global Round and 28th out of over 300 students in his local round. He also became a National Merit Scholarship finalist.
Mr. Arunachalam co-founded and co-presided over the school’s Debate and Current Affairs Club, to which one-quarter of the high school student body belonged. In addition, he held top positions on the cricket team and also won Player of the Match honors on the soccer team’s trips to tournaments.
His technical skills reflect his status as a Google IT Support Certified Professional. Mr. Arunachalam has researched his state’s history and wants to pursue political science in later education. In his spare time, he enjoys watching comedy and sci-fi movies and TV shows.
